“I am sick and tired of people connecting me to the murder of Chris Msando. I will address the media on Monday 20th January 2020 at 3 pm about this whole issue,” He posted on Facebook.

Speaking to the Media in Nairobi, Kuria told the Media and Kenyans to cease from connecting him and Sabina Chege to Msando’s death.

“What I have encountered is daily Accusations. You know we are human. I want this statement to put a stop forthwith any further association on myself with this particular issue. I recorded a statement the way we found the vehicle. I do not think it’s fair,” Said Kuria.

Kuria said he is a leader and a father who deserves respect. He said two years down the line; no one has ever bothered to follow with the police in a bid to know the truth.

“We did what a responsible leader should. Once you get the information you immediately report and that is what I did together with Sabina Chege. From today stop associating us with this particular issue,” Added Kuria.

The IEBC ICT manager was tortured and murdered on July 28th, 2017.
