After days of threats to Sue King Kaka over Wajinga Nyinyi hit song, Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has bowed and surrendered.
Top Kenyan Lawyers and Kenyans of goodwill offered to stand in solidarity with the rapper should he be summoned by DCI over the song condemning corrupt leaders.
I said and I repeat..I will give legal representation to @RabbitTheKing against ANYONE who sues him for the lyric #Wajinganyiyi .I'm of the considered view that no one amongst the ruling elites or the masses was defamed. UGLY, CRASS and LEWD commentaries on soceity are PRIVILEGED

Waiguru took it to her Facebook page to withdraw the threats terming Kaka as a desperate confused attention seeker.
“Having watched the antics of kingkaka in the last couple of days with reports of fake assassination attempts and DCI summons, I recognize that he’s a confused attention seeking young man. I have therefore made the decision not to proceed with the Kingkaka suit,” She posted.
The Governor who faced corruption charges while at NYS said, Kaka is being used by other Politicians to settle their political scores through talent.
“It is unfortunate when talented youth are taken advantage of by some politicians and used to settle political scores. As I have chosen in previous occasions of this nature, I will contend with their masters,” She concluded.
Kenyans responding to her post on the comment section made fun of the governor slamming her threats as cheap.
“King Kaka was to show you dust in court by proving that you engineered loss of billions but got enough protection from your boyfriend. It may take decades but one day you will held accountable,” Commented Amb Victor Koech.
