Was Raila wrongly briefed on Emali accident?

On Wednesday 4th July Nine people were killed and at least 20 others seriously injured in a fatal road accident between Emali and Sultan Hamud in Makueni County.

As a caring leader, Opposition leader Raila Odinga who is abroad as a state officer tweeted condoling families and friends urging drivers to be cautious with bad whether.

The tweet exposed how wrongly Raila was briefed on the accident which he says was caused by bad whether but in real sense the bus was trying to overtake another vehicle when it collided head-on with the lorry heading towards Nairobi.

The bus which had 39 passengers on board according to Makueni County Commissioner Mohammed Maalim burst into flames Killing nine people.
